Establishing Behavioral Style
To enhance business performance by integrating and improving personal style, we first have to gather data and develop an understanding of your style, the styles of others, and the issue of style itself.
Step One: Gather Data
By collecting information through the SOI, idynamx assesses individual behavior to a predictive level. This is done by using established methods of measurement with exceptionally high statistical accuracy.
Step Two: Establish a Language
Through the “You and Your Style” seminar, idynamx provides participants with a language for “style diversity” and clarity around their personal style of expression. This seminar is designed for groups of any size.

Group Training
Integrating Behavioral Style
In this training segment, idynamx guides groups through a series of two discussions: the first is about the impact of style on group dynamics; the second is about managing style in the work you perform in a group.
Step Three: Training Group Dynamics
In the “Interpersonal Dynamics” seminar, idynamx guides a small group through a discussion of the effect of style conflict on group performance. The group is trained in three distinct processes: stopping conflict, re-establishing credibility, and empowering influence.
Step Four: Training Work Dynamics
In the “Organizational Dynamics” seminar, idynamx guides a small group through a discussion of the effect of personal style on work performance. The group is trained in three specific skills: developing interdependent team mentoring, controlling “natural” style, and encouraging personal responsibility for growth.
